Include the option for the fill tool to be adjusted so that it only fills specific area's of an image, with the tolerance between pixels being adjusted by a slider, so you can either be very specific with what's being filled all the way through t

The fill tool is a great way of filling in exactly what you need to be filled in, but as it stands it's just a blunderbuss approach with no control over the tool. Please make it so that I can change the tolerance so that for example it will select clearly definded areas of an image rather than just the whole of the image.
